  • Where is the store based?

    Scottsdale, AZ

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Of course! But the shipping will take a little longer, epically if it is a custom order so please contact us ahead of time if you need it at a sooner date.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    It depends on what you have ordered. If it is a premade it will take 2-10 business days and we ship on Mondays. If it is a Custom order it can take up to 4 weeks to be made due to there being other orders that need to be done, and the length and colors are a factor in how long it will take, but once shipped it will take 2-10 business days as well. For International it can take longer and you will be contacted with exact time it will take.

  • How can I request a custom tail?

    You can email us at [email protected] or send us a message on our Instagram account. After we have discussed your order a custom listing will be put up for you. Be aware that your tail will not be started until the listing has been purchased because we need those funds for supplies.

  • Is your shop 18+ only?

    No, even though a lot of the people we interact and sell to are in the bdsm community out shop is not centered around them. Our tails can be used by anyone for anything regardless of age.

  • Promoter Rules/Requirments

    -please do not message us to be a promoter or to do a review of a product. We will contact your ourselves.-

    -Share new tails or any older tails that are still in stock at least once a week. Either on your Instagram page or in the Instagram story.

    -Be a active poster on your own page :)

    -Have a active following on Instagram.

    - Be 18 years or older to be able to be a promoter

    - Have at least more then 200 followers.

  • Can I get a refund

    If it's a pre ordered item then yes, as for customers you can only be refunded the second half of your payment due to the first half needing to be used to get the supplies for the tail. We are aware this is not ideal for customers, but it is our policy, the custom fee and shipping is non refundable.

  • How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
